SPOT
This is the former residence site of Magozaemon Sekiya, one of the founders of the Hokuetsu Shokuminsha company, which was responsible for the development of East and West Nopporo, and who contributed to the development of Ebetsu. It is also a famous spot for cherry blossoms, bustling with many cherry blossom viewers in the spring, and is designated as a city cultural property.
