SPOT
This is the site of the residence of Magozaemon Sekiya, one of the founders of the Hokuetsu Colonization Company, which was responsible for the development of East and West Nopporo and contributed to the development of Ebetsu. It is also a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, crowded with visitors in spring, and is designated as a cultural asset of the city.
