Overview
The name "Kijibiki" comes from the fact that when trees were cut in early spring, logs slipped down with the melting snow, hence the mountain name "Mt.
Panorama Observatory is located at an elevation of 560 m, where you can see not only Mt. Hakodate, but also the Ono Plain, the Yokotsu mountain range, Eruption Bay, Onuma, and Komagatake all at once. In good weather, the Shimokita Peninsula in Aomori Prefecture, the Muroran area, and Mt.
