SPOT
Kuromatsunai-cho Onsen Buna-no-mori
It is the right place to wash away the sweat from outdoor activities such as walking in beech forests and footpaths. The spacious, open-air bathhouse has two types of baths: a Western-style domed bath equipped with a jet bath and a Japanese-style bath equipped with a hinoki cypress bath, both with outdoor baths and saunas. Both baths are filled with a large bathtub that can accommodate up to 20 people, and both are filled with sodium chloride spring water that has a gentle texture that clings to the skin and is said by local residents to be "hard to cool off in. The baths are designed to be used by men and women on different days, so it is necessary to confirm which one you can enter. However, since both baths have an open-air bath with a view of the forest, you are sure to find the most healing experience in either case!
