From the observation deck that stands on the top of a small high hill, the panorama of the Hidaka Mountains and Tokachi Plain can be enjoyed.
If it is for viewing the beautiful great plain of patchwork-like, there is worth even to challenge the 352 steps of stairs.
* November 1st ~ late April until, because of winter period closure, climbing is not possible.
