From the observation deck located within the town-operated Maruyama Ranch, a breathtaking view of the Tokachi Plain and the Hidaka Mountain Range can be seen 360 degrees, and during the daytime, a vast rural landscape, and at night, a "romantic starry sky" can be fully enjoyed.
(On days with good weather, it is the best breathtaking view spot.)
