This observatory is located near the fifth station of the Nissho Pass. It offers a panoramic view of the magnificent Tokachi Plain and the town of Shimizu. The view of the Taisetsu mountain range and the mountains of Akan in the distance is a sight to behold. It is a recommended spot.
