Ramen shops in the town offer special noodles (broccoli noodles) made from wheat from Otofuke, the top producer in Japan, and dried powder of Otofuke broccoli, which is popular throughout the country and is freshly picked, nutritious, and packed full of nutrients. They offer these noodles with their own unique flavors.
