Touch the history of Kyogoku Town.
The Yungakukan Lifelong Learning Center is a complex facility that includes a library.
There is a library corner with a variety of books, a local materials corner where you can learn about the history of Kyogoku Town, and a computer corner where you can freely use the Internet.
There is also an audio-visual room where movies and lectures can be shown, and a pottery class where you can enjoy making your own works of art.
The library has a wide range of materials related to water, as befitting a village of famous water.
