Located at the summit of 172-meter-high Mt. Mikasa, this observation pavilion overlooks the magnificent Sea of Okhotsk, deep green mountains, and the town of Edasai Town.
On the first floor, there is an information space to inform visitors about the town of Edasai, including immigration and settlement, and on the second floor, there is a 360-degree glass-walled coffee corner where visitors can relax and enjoy a cup of tea while watching the town change from season to season.
