The late sculptor Bikki Sunazawa moved to Otoeishifu Village in 1978. He used the former Rekishima Elementary School as his studio and continued to work in Rekishima until his death in 1989. The building was renovated into the "Eco Museum Osashima Center" and reborn as Atelier 3more (also known as the Bicchi Sunazawa Memorial Museum), where hundreds of sculptures and other works of various sizes are on display. The museum's gallery features monthly exhibitions by artists and others associated with the village.
