The complex facility "Concierge Furano," which regenerated an empty building, opened on June 1, 2018.
The 1st floor's tourist information center and souvenir shop 'Furano Products & Tourism Public Corporation Concierge Shop' which conducts support for land-based tours & activities (DMC) and information dissemination, and farmer's restaurant 'EVELSA' committed to Furano-produced ingredients, the 2nd floor's shared office for the City Commerce, Industry, and Tourism Division, Tourist Association, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc., and the 3rd floor's dormitory-style accommodation facility 'TOMAR', are equipped.
As a hospitality hub aimed at further qualitative improvement of tourism in the Furano region, and revitalization of the downtown area and regional economy, we will respond to diverse needs.
