This course allows climbers to climb Mt. Furano (1912.1m) through Harakigahara. There are two separate courses leading up to Pristine Plains, the Waterfall Course and the Forest Course, each of which can be enjoyed in its own way. The waterfall course, in particular, has waterfalls of various sizes and is the perfect place to relax, forget about time, and enjoy the clear water. The unique scenery of the high moorland of Pristine Plain is also wonderful. It takes 5 hours and 20 minutes to Mt. Furano via the Waterfall Course (3 hours and 50 minutes downhill) and 4 hours and 30 minutes (2 hours and 50 minutes) via the Forest Course. However, be careful not to take too long on the waterfall course, or you will lose your schedule considerably. There is a parking lot and restrooms at the trailhead. However, the trail is dirt.
