Overview
A valuable architecture, constructed by Igarashi Tarokichi in 1926, that conveys the era when Takikawa boasted prosperity as a commercial area. In the city, grandson and artist Igarashi Takenobu's works are scattered. Takikawa City Designated Cultural Property.
