Opened on July 25, 2014, the local resource utilization facility "Apple Land Yama no Eki Otoe" is a red and white building on the south side of Agri Kobo Maabu.
Apple Land Yama no Eki Otoe has a rest room for those who enjoy walking, mountain climbing, footpaths, trekking, etc., and a processing room where cider, jam, and juice are made using Fukagawa-grown apples, cherries, and other agricultural products.

Visitors can also purchase cider and other products!
