Its elevation is 377m and it is not particularly high, but there exist colonies of alpine plants such as Gankōran, Isotsutsuji, and others, and at the Hiyoriyama Primeval Wildflower Garden, which spreads from the mountain foot to the mid-slope, flowers can be enjoyed from July to early September.
