(Those living outside of Muroran are also very welcome)

Married individuals, those looking for fun, flashy/frivolous individuals, event-related personnel, those for business/solicitation purposes, those with blatant dating objectives, those who do not intend to purely enjoy the event, those who will not follow the organizers' instructions

The Konkatsu Kouryuukai started as a marriage-hunting event of the Sapporo Shakaijin Circle "Shakaijin Kouryuukai".
