Sea of Japan Ororon Line

Overview

The Ororon Line means, starting in Otaru and connecting up to Wakkanai, a road that runs along a total of 380km of coastline.
Especially, the Rumoi-Horonobe section is designated as the 'Moeru Tenpoku Ororon Route', and a drive while gazing at the sunset sinking into the Sea of Japan and the magnificent Mt. Rishiri Fuji can be enjoyed. Also, the Hokkaido Prefectural Road No. 106 Wakkanai Teshio Line, which connects Teshio and Wakkanai, can run along the majority of the Sea of Japan, and other than wind turbines for wind power generation, there are almost no artificial objects such as utility poles or private houses, and it has become a longed-for place for many riders.
