Sapporo 4-Chome Place is an office and commercial complex that stretches from the basement to the 13th floor. The basement to the 3rd floor is a commercial facility called 4PLA, which offers restaurants, retail, and shared spaces. Furthermore, the 4th to 13th floors are environmentally friendly office floors that use 100% renewable energy, and have been certified as a "zero carbon promotion building." With excellent access directly connected to the Sapporo City Tram Nishi 4-Chome Station and the subway Odori Station, the building is expected to become a new landmark that will bring excitement to the city of Sapporo.
