The Culture Center, located next to the Rishiri Fuji Onsen Recreation Facility and the Rishiri Fuji Onsen Pool Yuyukan, features paintings, sculptures, and other works of art, as well as panel displays of alpine plants with different flowers found in different regions. The first floor of the Ripkan exhibits valuable photos of Rishiri Island immediately after the war, tools used in those days, and other exhibits about the culture and history of Rishiri Island, while the second floor displays many artifacts found and excavated on Rishiri Island. Visitors can learn about life on the island during the Jomon period and the Okhotsk culture.
