A park representing Monbetsu
Located almost in the center of the city, this park has been established since 1951 and is a representative park of Monbetsu, combining artificially developed areas with pristine nature. The park has a drift ice observatory overlooking the city and the Sea of Okhotsk, a hill of flowers, the Okhotsk Garden, and a free open space, where visitors can enjoy nature and recreation.
