Inside the park, including the Drift Ice Observation Deck where the urban area and the Okhotsk Sea can be viewed at a glance, Flower Hill, Okhotsk Garden, Free Plaza, etc., in addition to facilities where nature and recreation can be enjoyed, events such as the Park Festival are also being held.
