SPOT
Showashinzan Bear Ranch is where you can see Ezo brown bears up close. You can see the bears in their natural state and experience feeding them cookies and other food. The cubs are first shown to the public every year during Golden Week, and they are adorable.
The "human cage" area is one of the best spots at the Showa Shinzan Bear Farm, where you can observe the bears as if you were in the same enclosure with them. Here, too, you can feed the bears from a tube.
