This is a viewing plaza located on a hill in Sakaki-cho.
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the hill from the roadside, but it is a hidden spot in Hamanaka-cho where you can enjoy a wonderful view.
From the hill, you can see the whole town from the coast of Sakaki-cho to Kiritappu City.
