Shibetsu Salmon Science Museum
An aquarium with salmon friends from around the world and all about salmon.
Shibetsu Salmon Science Museum is a "salmon" aquarium. It exhibits more than 30 species of salmon, 18 of which are native to the world, making it the facility with the largest number of salmonids on display in Japan.
Visitors can observe the life of a salmon from birth to spawning. From the ecology of salmon to their food culture.... Why don't you come and experience the wonders of salmon?

Free for infants, elementary and junior high school students and those over 70 years old who live in Shibetsu Town
