And indeed, when you compare the flavors, you can see that the sauce flavors vary greatly from store to store, with some having a sweet taste and others having a stronger garlic flavor. Besides Genghis Khan, the Genghis Khan Corner also has another popular menu item: "Super Premium Kimchi Hormone" (120g, 580 yen including tax). This is a rich and delicious collaboration of "Super Premium Kimchi," known as the best-selling kimchi in Hokkaido, and Yamamoto's special offal. The unique texture of the offal and the subtle sweetness of the kimchi make a wonderful match! You'll find yourself wanting more rice and beer. By the way, rice must be ordered separately, but they use Nanatsuboshi rice from Naganuma, which goes well with Genghis Khan.
