This is Furano's most representative flower farm, where 80 varieties of flowers, including lavender that blooms in early summer, color the rolling hills. The farm is divided into 12 flower fields, allowing visitors to enjoy various flowers from spring to autumn. On-site facilities include the "Hanabito no Ie" (House of Flower People), which sells original lavender goods, and cafes where you can enjoy lavender soft-serve ice cream and sweets. There is also a "Scent Experience Room" where you can compare different lavender oils, allowing you to fully appreciate the charm of the flowers.

2. Ningle Terrace (Furano City): A Magical, Fairytale Village of Craftspeople
"Ningle Terrace" is a village of craftspeople nestled in the Furano forest, produced by the renowned scriptwriter Soh Kuramoto, famous for the "Kita no Kuni Kara" (From the Northern Country) series. A "Ningle" is a 15cm-tall creature, a "Wise Man of the Forest," who lives in the forests of Hokkaido, as featured in Kuramoto's stage play "Ningle." The terrace is lined with over a dozen small shops selling original, handmade crafts, many made from Furano's local wood. It's a mystical forest that feels as if you've wandered into a fairytale.

3. Furano Cheese Factory (Furano City): The Best Place to Taste Fresh Furano Milk
Nestled in a birch forest, this cheese factory is rich in nature. In addition to cheese made from fresh Furano milk, they also produce and sell ice cream made with fruits and vegetables from Furano. You can observe the cheese production room and aging cellar through glass windows, and at the adjacent cafe, you can enjoy freshly baked pizza made with local onions.

This 2,000 m² British-style garden was the setting for the TV drama "Kaze no Garden." Focusing on perennial plants suited to the northern climate, over 400 species and approximately 20,000 plants bloom in succession throughout the seasons. As you walk along the paths through the flower beds, the "Green House" from the drama will greet you, just as it appeared in the story.

The lavender field at Kanayama Lake Forest Park is a spot where you can enjoy both the lake and lavender at the same time. On calm days, the green mountains are reflected on the surface of Lake Kanayama like a mirror, creating a stunning collaboration with the lavender field. Additionally, in a corner of the lavender field, there is a haskap berry patch where you can freely pick the berries.
