The wooden bear art candle was launched by Tomioka Cleaning (Happy Tree Co., Ltd.) in Nakashibetsu Town, located in the east of Hokkaido. In fact, the same product was launched seven years ago, but was renewed at this time when tourism needs are increasing. The product is now being re-launched.

The parent bear is palm-sized, measuring 10 cm (width) x 7 cm (height) x 6 cm (depth). The baby bear is mini-sized at 6.5 cm (W) x 4.5 cm (H) x 3.5 cm (D).

If you look closely at the wooden bear candles, you can see the attention to detail in the bears' glossy fur, facial expressions, and even the form of the salmon. And now, a baby bear has joined the family! A new brown color has also been added. The old-fashioned carved wooden bear may be too big to take home with you, but the palm-sized candle makes a perfect souvenir.
