The "Snow Fairy" Shima Enaga Becomes a Donut

Looking at the donut, the Shima Enaga is peeking its head out from a nest hole, and it's just too cute... This donut is the "Krispy Kreme Premium Hokkaido Shima Enaga Matcha & Azuki." It is available for a limited time at the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts sitatte sapporo store.

It was first sold in January 2023 and became a hot topic for its cute, hide-and-seek appearance. It has now been re-released to coincide with the opening of the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts sitatte sapporo store in July 2023.

As for the taste, the Uji Matcha-flavored donut is topped with smooth red bean paste from Hokkaido! The powdered sugar sprinkled on top looks just like snow. The Shima Enaga itself is crafted from Hokkaido milk cream and chocolate. The melt-in-your-mouth combination of matcha and red bean paste, along with the richness of the milk cream, creates an exquisite "Japanese-style donut."

The Krispy Kreme Doughnuts sitatte sapporo store, opening on the B1 floor of sitatte sapporo, is one of the largest in Hokkaido. With 26 seats in its eat-in space, it offers a spacious environment where you can relax and unwind.

It's directly connected to the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway and offers excellent access from Sapporo, Odori, and Susukino stations. Its convenience makes it a great spot for meeting up with friends or for a relaxing break.
