Too Cute to Eat? Alolan Vulpix & Vulpix "Rokon-yaki" Snacks Recreate Their Fluffy Fur and Tails!

The popular Pokémon characters Alolan Vulpix and Vulpix have been transformed into "Rokon-yaki," a delicious snack filled with Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans and milk! They're becoming a hot topic for being just too cute.

Fluffy, Chewy, and Cute from Behind Too: The "Rokon-yaki"

Rokon-yaki

"Rokon-yaki" is a creation of Sazae Foods, a company well-known in Hokkaido for its delicious ohagi and taiyaki.

The batter, shaped like Alolan Vulpix & Vulpix, is filled with either tsubuan (coarse red bean paste) made from carefully selected Tokachi, Hokkaido adzuki beans, or a milk cream made with Hokkaido milk. Each piece costs 250 yen (tax included).
