Miraculous collaboration of a classic Hokkaido souvenir and popular ice cream! I bought and tried "Yukimi-dakko x Shiroi Koibito
In November 2023, Lotte launched nationwide sales of "Yukimi Dakko x Shiroi Koibito" under the supervision of ISHIYA. This collaboration between the hit long-selling ice cream "Yukimi-dakko" and the classic Hokkaido souvenir "Shiroi Koibito" had been a hot topic on SNS even before its release. I actually bought and tried it to see what it tasted like! 
normal Yukimi Daifuku is pure white, but "Yukimi Daifuku x Shiroi Koibito" is a little yellowish in color. It is also nice that a special fork is included so that you can eat it right away.

I got this "Yukimi Dakkou x Shiroi Koibito" at a convenience store near my house. On the package, it says "Made with Shiroi Koibito's chocolate" in large letters.
