I think this is morning at Mikuni Pass, Tokachi, Hokkaido, Japan. This is where the climate is harsh and cloud seas appear. I had a feeling it was going to be a sea of clouds, so I drove from Nukadaira in the dark to watch. It was like a dream for a long time.
