I encountered these flying squirrels during a trip to Eastern Hokkaido.
They are usually nocturnal, but this time they peeked out of their nest hole during the day♪
There were two of them, and it was a very cute moment.

In the Sapporo Kita 3-jo Plaza (Akapla) in front of the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building (Akarenga), many events are held, including the winter "Sapporo White Illumination" and other light-up events, as well as gourmet festivals. Be sure to check them out when you're sightseeing.
