The unofficial vision book ".doto Vol. 2," featuring the ideals of 1,000 people from Eastern Hokkaido.

The organizer of this event, .doto, is a general incorporated association formed by a group of freelance creators active mainly in the Doto (Eastern Hokkaido) area. With the mission to "make Doto a place where ideals can be realized," they support creative projects in the Doto and Hokkaido areas. Their activities, aimed at sharing the charm of Doto, include publishing the unofficial guidebook ".doto" and running the job exploration media "#WorkinDoto."

Born in Nasushiobara, Tochigi Prefecture. He joined a major electronics manufacturer and worked in sales in Iwate and Aomori, but struggled as the job didn't suit him. At his wife Minami's suggestion, "Why not work at my family's farm?", he quit his job at 29 and started working at Inoue Farm. He is a father to a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son. At Inoue Farm, he aims for a down-to-earth grazing style that is sustainable for both the cows and the business.
