One of the largest food festivals in Hokkaido, held in Odori Park in the center of Sapporo. One of the three major autumn festivals in Ishikari. You can enjoy various hometown tastes of the sea and mountains in Atsuta, such as horse mackerel, new rice, fresh vegetables, gourmet food using Atsuta's brand pig "Mochirai Pork" and scallop roast. In addition, a quiz to guess the weight of a horse mackerel and a rice cake throwing event with a lottery will be held.

This is the largest festival in Shintoku Town where visitors can taste freshly made soba (buckwheat noodles). The best part of the festival is that visitors can compare four kinds of freshly caught, freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled soba noodles.
