On March 15, 2025, the commercial facility "tonarie Kitahiroshima" directly connected to JR Kitahiroshima Station will open. A variety of tenants will be housed on the 1st to 3rd floors of the 13-story building, and "ES-CON FIELD HOKKAIDO HOTEL Kitahiroshima Ekimae," with a total of 158 rooms, is scheduled to open on the 4th to 13th floors. We will introduce the interesting stores and tenants at tonarie Sapporo, as well as information on each floor.

Tonarie Kitahiroshima, directly connected to the west exit of JR Kitahiroshima Station, is a new commercial facility located at the nearest station to S-Con Field Hokkaido, the home stadium of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. It is directly connected to the station by a pedestrian deck, making it convenient for stopping by before or after a game.

Once you exit the JR Kitahiroshima ticket gate, turn left. Follow the signs and you'll see it right in front of you.

The first floor is "Mall Avenue," with a variety of stores convenient for everyday shopping. This floor is perfect for stopping by for a quick rundown on your way to work or school, with stores like "Ainz & Tulpe," which sells cosmetics and miscellaneous goods, and the conveniently located "Family Mart Tonarie Kitahiroshima Store."

Family Mart's "Food Marche" is lined with products delivered directly from local producers.

On the second floor, you'll find Kitahiro Food Hall Yokocho, where you can enjoy a wide variety of gourmet food. There's a wide variety of restaurants, including soup curry restaurant CRAZY SPICE, ramen shops Menya Nizaemon and Ramen Hashiya, izakaya IZAKAYA Toposu, beer hall Numatacho BEER KITCHEN, and Korean izakaya Kanchan.

There will also be a special merchandise section for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters.

In addition, the large LED screen measuring 5m wide and 2.75m high at "Tonarie Field," a sports and entertainment space linked to the food hall, will be showing live broadcasts of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official games! The artificial turf at your feet will be a reproduction of the same size as an actual batter's box. This will be a great spot for fans to enjoy watching sports while eating.

On the third floor, Terrace Avenue is home to medical facilities and lifestyle services that support the local community, and an outdoor terrace is available for enjoyment during the warmer months. In addition, a pedestrian deck will provide access to the condominium Le Jade Hokkaido Kitahiroshima (scheduled for delivery in November 2026) and the adjacent Kitahiro Park.

4F to 13F "ESCONFIELD HOKKAIDO HOTEL Kitahiroshima Station"

The 158-room ES-Con Field Hokkaido Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae is scheduled to open on March 28, 2025, on the 4th to 13th floors. A variety of types of rooms are available, including special rooms overlooking ES-Con Field, the Starlight Floor on the upper floors, and the Fighters Floor, a special accommodation floor that encapsulates the charm of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. It is directly connected to JR and close to the shuttle bus stop to ES-Con Field Hokkaido, making it extremely convenient.
