On March 15, 2025, the commercial facility "tonarie KITAHIROSHIMA" will open, directly connected to JR Kitahiroshima Station. A wide variety of tenants will occupy the 1st to 3rd floors of this 13-story building, with the "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae," featuring 158 rooms, scheduled to open on the 4th to 13th floors. "tonarie KITAHIROSHIMA," directly connected to the west exit of JR Kitahiroshima Station, is a new commercial facility at the nearest station to ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, the home of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. Connected to the station by a pedestrian deck, it's perfect for a visit before or after a game.

Exit the ticket gates at JR Kitahiroshima, turn left, and follow the signs. You'll see it right in front of you.

The 1st floor, known as "Mall Avenue," features tenants convenient for daily shopping. With stores like "AINZ & TULPE" for cosmetics and miscellaneous goods, and the conveniently located "FamilyMart tonarie KITAHIROSHIMA," this floor is easy to stop by for a bit of shopping on your way to or from work or school.

FamilyMart's "Food Marche" corner features fresh, direct-from-farm products from local producers.

The 2nd floor features the "Kitahiro Food Hall Yokocho," where you can enjoy a variety of gourmet foods. The lineup includes a wide range of eateries such as the soup curry restaurant "CRAZY SPICE," ramen shops "Menya Nizaemon" and "Ramen Hashiya," the izakaya "IZAKAYA Toposu," the beer hall "Numata-cho BEER KITCHEN," and the Korean izakaya "Korean Food Stall KANCHAN."

There's also a special pop-up store for Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters merchandise.

Furthermore, at "tonarie Field," a sports and entertainment space linked to the food hall, you can watch live viewings of Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official games on a large 5-meter wide, 2.75-meter high LED screen! The artificial turf area on the floor reproduces the exact size of a real batter's box. It's set to become a fantastic spot for fans to enjoy watching sports while they dine.

The 3rd floor's "Terrace Avenue" brings together medical institutions and lifestyle services that support the local community, and features an outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed in good weather. Additionally, it will provide access via a pedestrian deck to the condominium "Le-Jade Hokkaido Kitahiroshima" (scheduled for completion in November 2026) and the adjacent Kitahiro Park.

From the 4th to the 13th floor, the "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae," with a total of 158 rooms, is scheduled to open on March 28, 2025.
