On March 15, 2025, the complex "tonarie Kitahiroshima" will open, directly connected to JR Kitahiroshima Station. A variety of tenants will occupy the first to third floors of the 13-story building, and the "ES-CON FIELD HOKKAIDO HOTEL Kitahiroshima Ekimae," with a total of 158 rooms, is scheduled to open on the fourth to thirteenth floors. Tonarie Kitahiroshima, directly connected to the west exit of JR Kitahiroshima Station, is a new commercial complex located at the nearest station to S-Con Field Hokkaido, the home stadium of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters.
