Something is multiplying in the pasture. It seems like the baby was born just now, so I'm glad it wasn't during the heavy rain at night.

"Something's multiplying in the pasture," said the surprised comment in a video posted along with a still-tiny foal snuggling up next to its mother. The video took place at a ranch in Hokkaido. Heavy rain had fallen the night before, but the next morning, the poster, who had been heading out to the pasture as usual, saw a newborn foal.
The post also included a voice of relief, saying, "It feels like the baby just gave birth, and I'm so glad it didn't happen during the heavy rain at night."
Since then, he has been safely rescued and is thriving!
The foal was immediately taken to a stable and carefully cared for. It drank a lot of colostrum and started walking again soon after, so we are relieved.
Although we were surprised that it was a natural birth, the baby seems to be growing healthy. We are looking forward to watching it grow!
