Candy Farm, a Sanctuary for Retired Horses
The post was made by Ms. Ota, who takes in retired thoroughbreds from breeding farms and cares for them at her retirement ranch, Candy Farm. The horse in the photo is Kohaku, a pony who lives at the ranch. Currently, 13 horses of various breeds live together in harmony.
A shot of Kohaku, who Ms. Ota says is "actually quite a handsome fellow."
The X posts offer a glimpse into the daily lives of the horses living freely at the ranch.
