Their colorful breads, made with a variety of seasonal ingredients, are sure to bring a smile to your face just by looking at them!
Panya Kissa Yamato is located on the first floor of the Kite-ne Building, directly connected to JR Teine Station. That's why locals can't help but stop by. It's a very friendly and welcoming bakery.
Step inside, and you'll find an array of colorful products. The reason this bakery is so colorful is that they use a generous amount of various ingredients like vegetables and fruits.
Apparently, they make it a point to use seasonal ingredients, so their selection of breads changes with the seasons. A bakery where you can always find something new—it really makes you wish you were a local! Now, let's take a look at some of their recommended items.
The Vegetable Patch Curry Bread (259 yen, tax incl.) is exactly what its name suggests. It's a hearty item topped with five kinds of seasonal vegetables, just like a vegetable patch.
The savory breads made with rice flour baguettes also catch the eye. The top one in the photo is the Spicy Tomato Sauce with Squid, Green Onion, and Ginger (238 yen, tax incl.), and the bottom one is the Pizza Stick (238 yen, tax incl.).
The Salmon and Broccoli with Onion Mayo (242 yen, tax incl.) is a very Hokkaido-like bread that also contains potatoes. It's packed with more ingredients than it looks.
