ろうそくの温かな灯火が小樽の歴史ある街並みを優しく照らし出す幻想的なイベントで、運河会場をメインに開催。運河の水面にガラス製の浮き球キャンドルが瞬き、やわらかな光が灯るスノーキャンドルやオブジェ等が幻想的な世界を創出します。
