As part of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Takikawa Human Rights Commission, we will be holding a human rights lecture by musical actor, author of "Kodomo Roppo" (Children's Six Laws), and Graduate School of Education researcher, Soichiro Yamazaki. We look forward to seeing all citizens there. Admission is free.
