This is a community center project that promotes human and town development through learning at the Central Community Center, a base facility for social education. The name reflects the desire to promote citizen participation in town development, friendship, and community building by "digging deep into various learnings with a shovel and talking" = "having a lot of discussion together." From courses that enrich everyday life to courses aimed at solving modern issues, we will accurately grasp the needs of citizens and develop "learning with high demand" and "learning that needs to be learned."
