千歳川の秋の風物詩インディアン水車と、サケ鍋などの食を楽しむイベント。日本屈指の水質を誇る支笏湖から流れ出る千歳川は、北海道のサケ増殖事業発祥の川で、毎年秋になるとたくさんのサケがそ上します。 サケ鍋のほか、千歳機甲太鼓、陸上自衛隊第一特科音楽団の演奏、アイヌ古式舞踊り、バンド演奏などのステージイベントも楽しむことができます。
