The non-profit organization "Abashiri City Cultural Association" was established in 1964 and is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. To commemorate this, the taiko performing arts troupe "Kodo" will be holding a performance in Abashiri "to enrich people's hearts, bring brightness to their lives, and give courage and strength to their cultural and artistic activities."
