In the special exhibition "Eric Carle and the Wonder of Life," Eric Carle's colorful illustrations of plants and creatures will be gathered in the "GREEN ROOM" on the 6th floor. Visitors can learn the names of the creatures in both English and Japanese by looking for the "Harapeko Caterpillar" hidden among the many rocks, flowers, and bushes depicted on the panels. At the same time, the "Reptiles and the Wonder of Life" exhibition will be held in the "GREEN ROOM" on the 6th floor, featuring seven species of lizards that have adapted to various habitats, such as near water, in trees, and on land.
Eric Carle's colorful illustrations of plants and creatures will be gathered in the "GREEN ROOM" on the 6th floor. Visitors can learn the names of the creatures in both English and Japanese while playing with the "Hungry Caterpillar," which is hidden among the many rocks, flowers, and bushes depicted on the panels. In addition, a hands-on program will be held at "CO-WORKING" on the 5th floor, where visitors can try their hand at "papier-mâché," a technique favored by Eric Carle.
