石狩禅道場は、鎌倉円覚寺の流れを汲む本格的禅の会です。
摂心とは、一定期間、専門の道場に泊り込んでする本格の修行で、8月３日夕方より8月１０日お昼過ぎまで、一週間の開催です。
一般社会人の会ですので、ご都合に合わせての参加が可能です。
