2007年（平成19年）3月31日に閉校された政和小学校がアートな空間となって甦ります。
このまま小学校が朽ちていくのは悲しいしもったいない ─ そんな思いから始まった「政和アートFes」。回数を重ねるごとにますます楽しい企画が盛りだくさんになり、小さな子供からご年配の方までみんなで体験できる楽しめるアートフェスとなっています。
