The SAPPORO Bundankyo Festival is an annual event where leading Sapporo artists who are members of this council gather to present the results of their daily studies.

The exhibition section, which will be held at the Sapporo Arts and Culture Center SCARTS, will feature a wide range of artistic works, including paintings, plastic arts, calligraphy, ceramics, crafts, willow, haiku, ikebana, tea ceremony, and more.

A stamp rally will be held throughout the exhibition halls, and visitors will receive a commemorative gift at the goal of the rally.
