This year, "MIZUYODODODODO CARAVAN," an event in which directors Tadatoshi Fujimura and Masamichi Ureshino of HTB Hokkaido Television's popular variety program "MIZUYODODODODO" travel around Japan to spend a fun day with fans, will be held again this year! The event will be held for a record 26 days from September 10 (Tuesday) to October 5 (Saturday), and will be held at 13 venues in 13 prefectures throughout Japan, including Akita Prefecture and Ehime Prefecture, which is also the largest number ever! The event was originally started in 2014 by a caravan led by two directors to strengthen ties with fans. The event has become a phenomenal event that attracts fans and families from all over the country.

In 2023, the event was held at 11 venues in 10 prefectures across Japan, attracting 30,000 people. The event is a "participatory event" where people can see, hear, and enjoy the event, including talk shows by the directors, local product promotion and events, stalls, stage performances by musicians who are DODON-DODON-DO fans, merchandise sales, a fair, raffles, and more. This year, too, there will be many events at the venue. Various artists are scheduled to participate, and local characters from various regions will make appearances. Each municipality is also planning to stage a unique local production to liven up the event. The finale will be a fireworks display at the final venue this year as well. Not only fans of the show, but also first-time visitors can enjoy this "festival" event!
