Ainu Art Show 2024

Date and Time

2024/10/13~14

9:00 - 18:00

The "Ainu Art Show 2024" will be held on October 13 and 14, providing a venue for expression and exchange among craftspeople and artists working in various regions. This year, the third year of the show, which has been well-received in previous years, will be held at the Experience Learning Center as the main venue, and will feature a number of exchange programs, including "Exhibitions and Sales by Artists and Craftspeople," where visitors can talk directly with participating artists and craftspeople and experience the appeal of their diverse expressions.

Upopoy, a center for the revival and creation of Ainu culture, supports people who carry on Ainu culture and new forms of expression. This year marks the third year of the festival, which began in 2022, to create a place where artists and craftspeople working energetically in various regions can interact directly with visitors and others involved and share the appeal of the Ainu culture.
