This is an annual sweets festival where popular Japanese and Western confectionery stores and bakeries from Otaru City and suburban towns and villages in the Goshi region gather. In addition to Otaru, there will be special stalls from Yoichi, Niki, Akaigawa, Kodaira, Kutchan, Niseko, Makari, Kyogoku, Kyowa, Iwanai, and Sutto.
