The annual "Snow Lantern Festival" event, which colors Jozankei in winter, will be held again this year. Approximately 1,000 snow candles will envelop the grounds of Jozankei Shrine in warm light, and in the "Forest of Prayer" area, projection mapping and illuminations that combine light and video will be displayed. Come and experience this fantastical winter artistic space.
<Yuki Toro CAMP Festival ~Take a break and experience a bonfire~>
A two-day limited campsite will appear at the Yuki Toro site. Why not warm up your body by chopping firewood, making a bonfire, or enjoying a tent sauna? Roast marshmallows by the bonfire and experience nature at the Yuki Toro site. Hot food and drinks will also be available for purchase.
Exhibit dates: January 26th (Sun) and 27th (Mon)
Exhibition hours: 18:00-21:00
Contents: Displays of tents, tarps, solo stoves, camping tables, camping chairs, lanterns and other items inspired by campsites. Also offers the chance to try chopping firewood, making a bonfire and having a tent sauna in a campsite atmosphere, as well as sales of natural goods.
Food and drink sales: Chicken BBQ (800 yen), pork miso soup and stewed offal (600 yen each), hot sangria wine (600 yen), sweet sake (400 yen)

<Opening and Finale Event "Yuki Toro x Gagaku Mysterious Collaboration">
The Nasories, a group that has jumped out of the traditional Japanese performing arts, will present a Bugaku dance called "Nasori," depicting dragons playing happily surrounded by snow lanterns.
Performance date: January 25th (Saturday), February 1st (Saturday)
Performance time: ①18:30 ②20:00 (15 minutes each)

Donation: High school students and above 500 yen per person (cash only)
